About conference The main theme of the conference is cooperation for innovation – how to encourage the public and private sector to create innovation based on open technologies and open data. The conference presentations will cover the opportunities, benefits and challenges of smart cities, public administrations, entrepreneurs and the open data community, creating innovative solutions from open data and open technologies.

Target Audience It is planned to have more than 300 ICT industry and public sector experts to take part in the conference.

In the conference Open Technology Award will be awarded. The aim of the award is to highlight and encourage the contribution of Latvian private and public sector, academic environment representatives and individuals to the development, use and promotion of open technologies.
